Huskidz new life and adventures around the British Isles

We are Martin and Tricia, after spending some time in the Middle East we became involved with fostering, helping dogs, mainly huskies onto their journey into a new life. We proved to be terrible foster parents, which led to us returning to U.K in November 2021, with 4 foster fails and Igloo. This is where our husky journey truly started, from the desert sands to the awe of their first snow, first real grass, fresh rain, rivers and seas. Our lives have wrapped around and entwined with theirs, we thought you may be interested in sharing our journey with us.

Our Journey to the UK

When travelling and transporting your dogs overseas, my biggest piece of advice would be, to allow plenty of time. It took us 10 months of planning to return to the U.K. with 5 huskies. There are so many documents to sort both internal and external. For ourselves it was ensuring we played our part by arranging rabies vaccines, titer tests, vet check up and worming, whilst ensuring all the routine vaccines are kept up to date.
